Instructions

  • The delay in change of status for the fees column is due to manual verification. If your status is not changed by the time you print your application, you can send the fees reciept along with the hard copy of the documents.
  • Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding.
  • Everything that can negatively affect your application is marked in red.

  • Incase you've already applied before this update and there is any problem with your application, Kindly contact us by clicking on the "Contact" button at the top.
  • New information regarding the downloading of the application form has been added. Kindly go to the bottom of the page for more information.
  • Due to technical issues during the initial setup of clerical fees payment form, the last date for the fees has been extended upto 17 August 2021.
Registration
  1. Click on the login button at the top.
  2. If you’ve already registered, enter your credentials to log in.
  3. If you’re visiting the site for the first time, click on new user at the login page.
  4. Enter your details to register on the site.
  5. Verify your email by clicking on the link sent on email.
  6. Now you can login on the login page using your newly created credentials.
  7. In case you’ve already registered, and forgot your password, You can reset your password by clicking on the forgot password link at the login page.
Fill Application Form
  1. After logging in, You will be getting a “Fill Application Form” button on the top.
  2. Click on that and you’ll be presented with an Application overview, listing all your pending tasks.
  3. It is recommended to complete these tasks in the sequence they appear so to avoid any confusion for the newcomers.
  4. You can also use the navigation on the left side to switch to any page for filling your relevant details.
  5. Only JPEG, JPG or PNG files are supported for the Signature and Photo.
  6. Only PDF, JPEG, JPG or PNG files are supported for Uploading Documents.
  7. Kindly make sure to attach scanned copies of your documents which are clear and readable.
  8. It is recommended to complete all other sections of your application before uploading documents, as the document list is generated depending upon the data you’ve filled. Incomplete documents may negatively affect your application.
Apply for a post
  1. After filling your application form, You can click on the apply button at the top.
  2. Select the post you want to apply for and also select the category under which you want to apply.
  3. If you’re selecting anything else except “General” category here, Make sure to upload relevant category proof in the previous step to avoid cancellation of the application.
  4. Once you applied for a post, You will not be able to edit any of your details, as your details will be locked. So, please make sure to double check the details you’ve provided before clicking on the apply button.
  5. After you’ve applied for the post, you’ll be given an application number for that application, which can be seen anytime in the list below the application form and also will be mailed to you for your reference.
Pay Application Fees
  1. After generating your application number, you can view your application status on the bottom of the apply page by clicking the view details button for the application you want to pay fees for.
  2. You can also reach to the view details page by clicking the link provided to you in the email.
  3. On the top, there will be a “Pay Fees” button, which will open a new page for paying your fees.
  4. Copy all the details, as mentioned in the View Details page, to the payment page which was opened after clicking “Pay Fees”
  5. On successful payment, You can wait up to 48 hours for the payment status to update in your account.
  6. Make sure to double check the application number among other details on the payment page as to avoid any complications in your payment status.
  7. If even after 48 hours of payment, your payment status has not been changed, you can contact us on details provided on the contact page.
Download Application
  1. After generating your application number, you can download your application form on the bottom of the apply page by clicking the download pdf button.
  2. It is recommended to download the form after your fee status has been changed to paid as it is reflected in the form itself.
